Background

Selene grew up wandering around La Noscea with her tribe, living a life not unlike that of your average Miqo'te. She spent a lot her time with the hunting parties, where she would develop her archery skills, eventually becoming one of the more reliable shots within her tribe.

However, while she enjoyed the hunt, it wasn't her passion. Often when her tribe passed near Limsa Lominsa she would take trips into town. Unlike her fellow tribesmen, she loved interacting with the various travelers coming in and out of the city, and was taken in by the sea shanties she would hear, and the tales they would share. She particularly loved stories of famous singers and entertainers from other lands.

Eventually, she would elect to leave her clan, with the goal of becoming a famous entertainer in her own right. She left a note for her tribe's leader, and disappeared into the night, changing her name to Selene Sweetbriar, a name she hopes will eventually become her stage name.

Personality

Selene is very prideful in everything and anything she does. From her dancing skills to her skill with a bow. While it can lead to a very confident Seeker it also means she can be very defeatist when things don't work out her way.

You will however, seldom find a friendlier, kinder person than she is. She is quick to approach, quick to befriend, and quick to fight for those she considers a friend.

Lastly, Selene is incredibly curious, and certainly enjoys her fair share of gossip. Whenever she suspects there is a juicy story about someone, she will go to great lengths to learn what she wants to know.

Plot Hooks and Recent Events

Selene's Real Name

Selene's real name is R'Vosse Haltu. A proud member of the La Noscea Raptor tribe. She was estranged from her tribe but recent events have not only brought her back, but made her an integral member of it. Though she will now freely give her tribal name, recalling the events that led to this point, is a bit harder. (PM me if you'd like to be a member of her tribe!)

Picking Up the Pieces

Along the same lines, her tribe has recently been torn apart. Members are missing, or dead, and they are at present without a Nuhn. Its Selene's job to help reach out to put things back together.

Growing in Popularity

Selene's a dancer and singer both, and has been making a name for herself! Particularly in Ul'Dah and Limsa. Perhaps you've seen her or heard of her?

Stories to Share

Like the people that inspired her to start her journey, Selene loves to hear stories of travel and adventure from the people she meets. If she finds them interesting enough, she jots them down in a book, to eventually turn into to some sort of poem or song.
